By using Maids on a Broom services you agree to our terms of service set forth below. 

Non-Hire and Non-Solicitation of Employees 
You agree not to solicit for hire any of our employees to work directly or indirectly for you without the prior written consent of Maids on a Broom. This extends to 2 years after the termination of any employee. Should you wish to hire a present or past Maids on a Broom employee for any home-related service, a $3,800 referral fee is due immediately. Attorney, Legal, and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added.  We reserve the right to pursue other methods of collection.

 We understand that things come up and you may need to make changes to your schedule. So, if it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled cleaning, Maids on a Broom requires two business days' notice. If less than two business days' notice is provided you will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee. If we can’t access your home, you will be charged the full price of your cleaning. Please be advice that all future cleanings will remain unchanged.

  • Schedule or service changes may not be made through cleaning staff. Please contact our office directly for changes. 
  • Termination of recurring cleaning service must be made in writing.

Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning. Maids on a Broom accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex, cash or check. A credit card must be kept on file with Maids on a Broom office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, after each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service.

  • A $25 Late Fee will be charged for balance due past 30 days.
  • A $45 fee will be charged for each returned check.

Maids on a Broom is bonded and insured. Our liability limits are set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the breakage/loss occurred. Notifications must be made within 48 hours of service.

24 Hour Guarantee
Our goal is your satisfaction; therefore, if you are not completely satisfied we’ll gladly return and re-clean the specific areas that didn’t meet your expectation. Just let us know your concerns within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will make it right.

Commercial accounts may have a different Terms of Service. Please refer to your individual agreement.
